I mentioned last week that I was starting my health journey with Wild Health. It has been extremely fascinating and so helpful. (I’ve also managed to offer my followers a special discount code if you’d like to start your own journey…Read on!)
I found out this week that my superfood is sardines :)! Not exactly my food of choice, but I am going all-in on this journey of mine! What I am learning about myself is that I am an “all or none” kind of gal. In everything I do, I either go all in or I don’t do it. Well…the same thing has happened with my health.
It is a holistic approach to your health. Not voodoo, but rather making lifestyle changes based on your lab values, genetics, and lifestyle measures you are already participating in.
My goal is to be the healthiest version of myself. God has given me this body so I am going to take care of it the best I can.
You first take a million lab tests, everything from blood work, genetic testing, saliva testing, and TruAge testing (which my epigenetic age is extrinsically 26 y/o and intrinsically 36…so fascinating!)
Once you get the results back, you have meet-up with your health coach and doctor for one hour to go through all of the results. You get a 50-page print-out of all your results and what this personally means for you, plus homework!
With this 50 page print-out you get all of this info:
After this, you take a few months to work on “all the things” and then will re-test!
One of the biggest challenges for me will be to get rid of gluten, as they said I have a gluten sensitivity gene that could potentially be causing more inflammation. I haven’t ever noticed gluten causing me issues, but I have decided I will “go all-in” and just see how I feel.
I told Wild Health that I would be sharing about the process of their program and they would like to offer my followers 20% off of their programs! Just head to their website www.wildhealth.com and start the sign-up process, select Other in the field How Did You Hear About Us? and enter my name, Taryn Kilty. Then enter GET20 as the discount code. Simple as that!
If you have any questions about Wild Health and my journey…please feel free to reach out to me! I would love to share!
Always here to support you!
